Wall art is printed at A4 (21 × 29.7 cm), A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) and A2 (42 × 59.4 cm). Cards, tags and stationery have their own sizes listed on each product page. If you need something outside these, send a custom order and we will quote it.

JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 15 MB per file. For the sharpest result send artwork at 300 DPI at the final print size. If your file is lower resolution than we would like, we will tell you before printing rather than printing it anyway.

Yes. Choose “Custom Design Request” on a product page, or use the custom order form. A one-off design fee applies and is shown before you add anything to the cart.

Wall art is printed on uncoated 220gsm matte as standard, with 250gsm satin and 300gsm textured fine-art available. Cards are 300–400gsm. Every option is listed on the product page with what it is suited to.

Prints are supplied unframed by default. Black and natural oak frames are available as an option on most wall art.

Yes. Every custom or uploaded job gets a digital proof, and nothing goes on the press until you approve it. Revisions at proof stage are part of the process.

Production time is shown on each product page — typically three to seven working days depending on the piece — followed by two to four days for delivery.

If your order has not reached the printing stage, yes. Message us with your order number as soon as you can and we will adjust it.

Use the tracking page with your order number and the phone number you ordered with. You will see the exact production stage your order is in.

Across Pakistan. Delivery is calculated from your city at checkout, and orders over the free-delivery threshold ship at no cost.

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Online card and wallet payments are being added; the checkout is already built for them.

Yes. Business printing has volume pricing built in, and the price drops automatically as quantity increases. For larger runs, send a custom order and we will quote it directly.
